Jon Tomassetti is an Italian artist who grew up in an artistic environment in a period of Italian classicism. He trained through the study of the great masters of the past – da Vinci, Michelangelo and Raphael. His paintings are affected by this world that he continues to explore through symbolism and history.
He attended the academy of Perugia and Rome where he currently lives. A lover of painting with oils on canvas and wood, he explores different techniques of making classical art, living ideas and form in his own contemporaneity in the current times.
